Project Orchard Hill Coffee

Technology-enabled sustainable coffee & agroforestry platform

The project is being developed through phased land, agronomic, operational, technology and investment workstreams.

Selected planting material. Structured field development. Field development is based on grafted planting material, including Xanh Lùn (TS5) (Coffea canephora, Robusta), combined with structured block-level development and digital monitoring through the project’s Digital Farm Control Room.

A project planning target informed by the selected planting material and intensive production model, subject to field validation.

Rural Development Platform

Building opportunity beyond the estate.

The project is designed to extend the benefits of coffee development beyond the estate through engagement with smallholder farmers and rural communities. The platform will support access to improved planting material, agricultural knowledge, climate information, technology, market opportunities and skills development, with a focus on creating more resilient and productive rural livelihoods.

  • Smallholder Development

Support smallholder farmers with improved planting material, agronomic knowledge and practical farm-management capabilities.

  • Women & Youth

Create pathways for women and younger rural participants to access skills, technology, entrepreneurship and opportunities within the coffee value chain.

  • Climate Resilience

Support farming practices, climate information and technology that can improve resilience to weather and production risks.

  • Technology Transfer

Extend relevant farm-management, traceability, data and agricultural technologies beyond the estate where practical.

  • Market Access

Help smallholder producers connect with more structured coffee value chains, quality standards and market opportunities.

  • Rural Livelihoods

Build pathways toward more productive, resilient and sustainable rural livelihoods through participation in the coffee economy.

Programme under development. Impact metrics will be reported only when supported by verified field data.
